This USB-powered temperature probe features a real-time clock and microSD cart reader to log timestamped temperature data that's gathered using a flexible sensor wire that is temperature resistant up to 125°C and covered in food-safe silicone and steel. Temperature readings are very precise with only +/-0,5°C deviation.
The probe is perfectly suited for long-term stationary temperature monitoring, e.g. to track working conditions.
The software is extensible for potential Home Assistant support.
